Our website is different to the majority of worldwide holiday home rental companies on the internet, as we are not completely automated and offer all our visitors the opportunity to contact us directly by email with an enquiry as well as providing an instant online search of holiday rentals. We know how important a holiday is and our enjoyment comes from being able to help you find the perfect property, be it villa or apartment, on the beach, in the mountains or in the cities. We will do our best to give you all the help we can.

Villas2spain act as advertising agents for the owners/management companies of the properties we feature on our website. We act on behalf of owners, property agents, property management companies and travel agencies in order to provide you with the most suitable holiday accommodation you require. When making you holiday arrangements we do so as agents for these third parties with whom you will have a contract. Our aim is to locate the most suitable property for you, from a large range of suppliers at the best possible prices.
Once your booking is confirmed, your contract or rental agreement will be direct with owner/agent of the properties and your booking will abide by their requirements/procedures/terms and conditions. A binding contract comes into existence when the deposit payment is paid.
