We would be delighted to here from you if you have holiday properties in any areas of Spain, Portugal, Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza, Tenerife and Lanzarote.
Each property you submit has its own page with four photos and is placed on our website for FREE.
When we receive an enquiry for your property we will contact you to check availability and confirm hire charges. If you give us permission to take the booking we will confirm with our client and proceed with the booking. All deposit and balance payments are taken by us from our client and transferred to your account by BACS, Paypal, Credit Card or Cheque. Along with this you will receive full details of the party who have made the booking.
We operate on a no booking no fee basis and take a very reasonable 10% commission for any bookings we make for your property.
Please note: Agreeing to place your property on our website does not effect your existing arrangements with other agents and your own advertising and bookings. We intend to work with our property owners to provide them with an added source of marketing with payment on results.
