DOWNSTAIRS there is a double bedroom with ensuite Andalucian style bathroom and spiral staircase leading upstairs. UPSTAIRS there is an open plan kitchenette and lounge area with access to a 2nd Andalucian style bathroom. There is a useful additional area that can be partitioned off from the lounge with a sofa bed. Both the bathroom and kitchen doors lead out onto a balcony terrace with steps leading up to a sunny upper roof terrace area with sea and mountain views. This property is within easy walking distance to the "Elena" pool & garden area. Can sleep 2 adults and 1 additional person on the sofa bed in total. Villacana is known as a well established longstanding community of privately owned properties with excellent facilities for the family.
