ALBERTO 25 is a 1 bedroom/ 1 shower room first floor Apartment in the south section of Villacana beachside resort. This property has 2 single beds pushed together in the bedroom, an open plan kitchenette and lounge area. A useful additional area is curtained off from the lounge with bunk beds (ideal for 2 children). The shower room doors lead out onto a balcony with stairs leading up to a sunny roof terrace area. This property is within easy walking distance to the "Elena" pool & garden area. Can sleep 2 adults and 2 small children in total. Balcony = 4 m², Roof Terrace = 30 m², Total Built = 30 m²
