GROUND FLOOR has a twin bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom and sliding doors leading to private patio terrace. MIDDLE FLOOR has a fully fitted kitchen area, access to a guest shower room with toilet, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with fireplace and doors leading onto a balcony terrace overlooking the pool. FIRST FLOOR has a double bedroom with a large balcony terrace that overlooks the pool and a second twin bedroom, both with access to a marble bathroom. This town house can sleep 6 people in total. The Local Area
Albayalde is a typical Mediterranean residential complex situated only 200 metres from the Villacana beach front, restaurant, cafeteria, sports club and night club. Only a short drive from the exclusive Puerto Banus nightlife and, within easy walking distance, visitors can benefit from the variety of bars and restaurants in the delightful pueblo of Cancelada. This is the heart of the Costa del Sol mid-way between Marbella and Estepona only 40 minutes from either Malaga and Gibraltar airports. This is a hidden paradise set in sub-tropical gardens extending towards the sea. Park Beach benefits from panoramic views of both the Mediterranean and the mountains behind the coast. This complex is situated within walking distance to Villacana and the beach.
