General Information
1 bed 1 bathroom terraced house with front garden. Situated in a traditional Spanish area with houses overlooking a nicely maintained green area with palm trees. Close to all amenities including restaurants, bars, shops, banks and a medical centre. 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive and plenty of blue flag beaches to chose from only a few minutes away by car or walking only 15 minutes.
The Accommodation
The downstairs living area offers a dining area with table and 4 chairs, lounge area with 3 seater sofa and armchair (The sofa converts to a double bed), a wall unit with matching coffee table and TV unit completes the living area. A television, DVD player and portable stereo are also provided.
Open kitchen with cabin with plenty of storage space and all necessary equipment, including an oven & hob, fridge, washing machine and a microwave oven. All the necessary utensils, crockery are also provided.
Upstairs the bedroom has a wardrobe unit and 2 single beds with side tables. The bedroom has a balcony door which leads onto a small sun terrace. All necessary bedding is provided.
The full bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin, w.c and bidet. Towels are provided for use in the property.
The property also has hot and cold air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the living area, and ceiling fan in the bedroom.
Outside the secluded front garden benefits from screening which provides privacy and a sun trap. There are retractable sun canopies for the front garden and bedroom terrace. An external table and 4 chairs are provided. Parking is outside the house in the road.
Location
Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig. Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best.
With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga.
Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
