General Information

3 bed town house in new complex only 2 minutes from scenic cliff top walkway and 10 to 15 minutes walk from nearest beach.  Fully furnished and equipped.  Front garden and rear utility area.  First floor balcony and roof top solarium.  All amenities only a few minutes walk away including supermarkets, shops and bars.

This modern town house is located on a small complex with an electronic secure access gate for car parking.  A large well maintained communal pool provides the focal point for the complex and is restricted for the use of residents and guests.  Only a short walk away the resident or holiday maker will find an excellent selection of places to eat and drink which will cater for all tastes and budgets.

The Accommodation

The house has a small front garden area where guests can make use of the external table and chairs in the warmer months.  For those who prefer more privacy there is a large roof top solarium on the second floor.  In addition there is a small balcony off of the hall on the first floor.  At the rear leading from the kitchen there is an external utility area where the boiler and external sink is situated which provides an ideal drying and additional storage area.

The living area is very generous and is furnished with a 3 seater sofa bed, wall unit, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs.  Although a television is provided, it is not yet connected to a UK system so only a few Spanish channels are accessible.  

The very large open American style kitchen provides plenty of work surfaces and cupboard space.  Equipment includes an oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.  All the necessary cooking equipments is provided together with cutlery, crockery glasses etc.

A shower room with w.c and wash hand basin is also located on the ground floor.  Other household equipment includes iron and ironing board, clothes airer and mop & bucket etc.

Up the marble stairs to the first floor and you will find 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside drawer units.  The large bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin with mirror.  A door leads from the hall onto a small balcony.  

Up a second flight of stairs and you will find a very large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.  Sliding patio doors lead from the bedroom onto a large roof solarium.  The house has 4 single beds and a double bed.  All the necessary bedding, bath and hand towels and clothes hangers are provided.

Location

Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best.

With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga.

Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south.

The Local Area

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.

The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
