General Information
2 bed 1.5 bathroom quad house. (sleeps upto 5). This property benefits from having its own garden and off road parking. The property has a covered ground floor terrace, private terrace to the main bedroom and a large solarium.
The Accommodation
The spacious living area offers a dining table with 4 chairs and a 3 piece suit, coffee table and TV unit with Television (UK Channels). There is also a hot and cold air conditioning unit in the living area and in the main bedroom.
The American kitchen is fully fitted and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave oven and washing machine. There is also a cloakroom with hand basin downstairs.
Upstairs the 2 double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The bed make up comprises of 4 single beds ideal for golfing parties. An extra fold up bed allows for a 5th guest. The full family bathroom has a bath with shower, w.c. bidet and hand basin.
The property has an alarm and security grills and is situated in a road where there is a mix of residents and holiday makers.
There is a pleasant garden to the front with a variety of plants and colours. To the side of the house there is off road parking and a small raised patio with garden and lighting for those al fresco evenings. The communal pool is only a short walk away.
The property is situated in a very popular area for tourists who want to spend their holiday in a relaxed environment with the benefit of all the necessary amenities close by.
Location
Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig. Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best.
With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga.
Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
