General Information
2 bed south facing quad villa with off road parking. This property benefits from a ground floor cloak room and first floor full bathroom. Outside there is a large covered terrace and garden area offering plenty of space to make the most of the sunshine.
The Accommodation
In side the generous living area offers a 3 seater sofa bed and arm chair. Other furnishings include a matching coffee table, wall unit and a dining table and 4 chairs. The Television has a UK digital system which provides an excellent choice of UK programmes including many sky channels.
The American style open kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster and kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils and household items.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Sliding doors lead onto a terrace from the main bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning.
External furniture includes a patio table and 4 chairs for the ground floor terrace together with sun loungers and additional tables and chairs on the bedroom balcony and solarium. The property is south facing and enjoys the sun well into the evening. The property has an alarm and security grills. There is a communal pool only a short walk away.
Location
Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig. Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best.
With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga.
Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
