bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom and another twin bedroom with access to a
marble bathroom on the landing.
UPSTAIRS 1st FLOOR there is a large double bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom
and a twin bedroom with access to this bathroom. DOWNSTAIRS There is an
open plan fully equipped kitchen overlooking a spacious open plan lounge and
dining area with fireplace and doors leading to a very large and attractive west
facing enclosed private patio. The front entrance has direct access to a pool
& garden area.
This Townhouse is within walking distance to the beach and can sleep 8 adults in

The Local Area
Albayalde is a typical Mediterranean residential complex situated only 200 metres from the Villacana beach front, restaurant, cafeteria, sports club and night club. Only a short drive from the exclusive Puerto Banus nightlife and, within easy walking distance, visitors can benefit from the variety of bars and restaurants in the delightful pueblo of Cancelada. This is the heart of the Costa del Sol mid-way between Marbella and Estepona only 40 minutes from either Malaga and Gibraltar airports. This is a hidden paradise set in sub-tropical gardens extending towards the sea. Park Beach benefits from panoramic views of both the Mediterranean and the mountains behind the coast.
