UPSTAIRS this property has a double bedrooms with an ensuite shower unit, larger double bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom, smaller 3rd twin bedroom with access to a guest toilet on the landing. DOWNSTAIRS has a lounge with fireplace and doors leading to a south facing enclosed private patio with easy access to the "Elena" small pool & garden area. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with doors leading onto a north facing enclosed private patio area.

The Local Area
