General Information
This very large & imposing 4 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, gardens and fantastic elevated views to the sea, is located in an excellent position within walking distance of Burriana beach and its great selection of sea fronting restaurants, bars & general shops. There are tremendous sea views from the extensive lounge terrace.
The Accommodation
Situated on the first floor the accommodation consists of ~ two spacious reception rooms with comfortable furniture, dining table & chairs, satellite cable TV, and patio doors to a huge terrace with stunning views down to Burriana beach and the shimmering blue Mediterranean. Kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Four good size bedrooms (1 double & 3 twins), with wardrobes and bedside tables. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Outside - Entrance gate to long driveway with plenty of parking space. A garden to the front, side and rear with a profusion of flowers, plus various shrubs and tree's including fruit & palm. Private kidney shaped pool with extensive sunbathing area, plus a shaded alcove that provides a welcome retreat from the sun. BBQ for 'al-fresco' dining. Sunloungers & patio furniture. The grounds are fully enclosed by walls & a large entrance gate.
The Local Area
This quaint town still retains its charm without being blighted by the tourist boom of concrete high-rise jungles. The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador and the stunning Gardens of Capistrano Playa. Don't miss out on Nerja's fascinating caves, with paintings over 20,000 years old. One of the gargantuan natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer months. With all this, and 16 kilometres of powdery- white beaches, Nerja is a must for first-timers.
