The Local Area
Park Beach is an exclusive residential estate on the sea front located adjacent to Villacana, a short distance by car from the internationally renowned marina town of Puerto Banus. This is the heart of the Costa del Sol mid-way between Marbella and Estepona only 40 minutes from either Malaga and Gibraltar airports. This is a hidden paradise set in sub-tropical gardens extending towards the sea. Park Beach benefits from panoramic views of both the Mediterranean and the mountains behind the coast. This complex is situated within walking distance to Villacana and the beach.
Villacana is recognised as one of the finest beachside urbanisations along the coast of the Costa del Sol located a short drive from the colourful attractions of the elegant resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
