PATRICIA 35 is a charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ground floor Apartment on one level in the south section of Villacana beachside resort. This property has a small garden area at the front.
The Accommodation
The master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and doors leading out to an enclosed garden terrace area. The twin bedroom also has doors that lead out to an attractive terrace and the garden beyond. both the 2nd double bedroom and twin bedroom have access to a bathroom in the hallway. There the lounge area is light, open plan and overlooks a fully fitted kitchen. This property is within easy walking distance from the "Eva" pool and the beach. Can accommodate 6 people in total.

Nearby is Estepona and the very 'chic' Puerto Banus, very popular with the rich and famous, with its marina full of luxury boats and up market shops and restaurants.
