General Information
Patricia 9/11 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom Andalusia style house on two levels with a typically Spanish design. The property will sleep up to 6 guests. The property has two bedrooms both with air conditioning. The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with fitted wardrobes and double French doors opening onto the terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed at the bottom with single bed above (sleeps 3 in total) with fitted wardrobes. The property has 2 bathrooms (both with bath and shower over). There is a 32" Flat Screen TV with sky/cable with a vast selection of channels, DVD Player with selection of DVDs and CDs. Kitchen/diner with all facilities including kettle/toaster/fridge-freezer/oven and hob/microwave/washing machine. BBQ, sunbeds and umbrellas at the property are for guests use, by the pool or on the beach. Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board. A baby's cot can be provided if required. There are a selection of books, toys and games in the property. Golf clubs are available if required. The kitchen patio doors open onto a small middle terrace and the back door onto a large grassed communal garden. There is a barbeque in the property available for your use. The property also has a large sofa in the lounge which converts into a very comfy sofa bed and a double futon upstairs. These additional sleeping facilities also come with bedding. The property is only a 1 minute walk from the beach and main swimming pool (which sits beside the beach) and also includes a baby pool and poolside bars and restaurants.

Villacana is recognised as one of the finest beachside urbanisations along the coast of the Costa del Sol located a short drive from the colourful attractions of the elegant resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus. This impressive complex is superbly set amongst the splendour of beautifully sculptured award-winning gardens with attractive pathways and a variety of swimming pools. Villacana is known as a well established longstanding community of privately owned properties with excellent facilities for the family. Without doubt you will come to the conclusion that Villacana is the ideal place.
The Costa del Sol has been, and still is, one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations. The miles of beaches, first class golf courses, excellent climate, choice of entertainment and wealth of culture makes this area an attractive option for visitors practically all year round.
The infrastructure has vastly improved from the hazy "mañana" days of not so long ago. The new Motorway and Toll Road ensure that you can reach various locations between Malaga and Gibraltar in half the time it used to take. On the other hand, the old N340 Coastal Road is a more tranquil way of taking in the breath-taking sea views and mountain ranges. Nearby is Estepona and the very 'chic' Puerto Banus, very popular with the rich and famous, with its marina full of luxury boats and up market shops and restaurants.
For those of you yearning to experience the "old Spain" and venture inland, there are various areas off the "beaten track" that are accessible from either the motorways and coastal road.
