General Information
Large 2 bed, 2nd floor apartment in secure complex with well kept grounds and lovely communal pool. The block is served by a lift and has a ramp for wheelchairs. Situated within walking distance from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Fully furnished, TV with English channels, fully fitted kitchen. Parking available in the near by road.
The Accommodation
This luxurious apartment is bright and spacious and offers all the comforts of home. The lounge area has a sofa, coffee table and wall unit. This unit houses the Television, video and portable stereo CD, radio and cassette. Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in the living area. From the lounge there is door leading to the sun terrace with 4 chairs and a table. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven & hob and a microwave. There is also a toaster, kettle, coffee maker together with all the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is an iron and ironing board and even a hoover. 2 electric heaters are provided for the cooler months.
The main bedroom has an extra large double bed with bed side tables and double doors that lead out onto the terrace. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. All the necessary bedding is supplied.
The large family bathroom has vanity unit , w.c and a bath with overhead shower. Towels are supplied.
Location
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
10 minutes away by car you will find a choice of 3 golf courses and beaches. Many blue flag beaches are only a short drive in either direction along this part of the coast. Other activities in the area include, go karts, horse riding, cycling and water sports. Great location for holiday rental.
Only 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 25 minutes north of Murcia, making this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
