General Information
Fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath luxury second floor apartment. The owners have put a great deal of thought into furnishing the property and have achieved a standard far higher than most properties available for rent. With ramp and lift access this property is user friendly for all. The block is situated within a secure complex which is maintained to a very high standard with a lovely communal pool and green area at the centre.
The Accommodation
The minute you step inside the apartment you sense both the space and the quality of the accommodation. The L-shaped sofa is accompanied by a further sofa which provides very generous and comfortable seating. The television comes with a TV package which has all the UK terrestrial channels and many Sky channels including Sports and Movies. A door leads from the lounge out onto the balcony which commands a lovely view of the complex and communal pool.
There is an external table and 4 chairs on the balcony providing an ideal setting for eating alfresco. A clothes airer is also provided for use on the balcony. The dining table is another example of selective furnishing and can easily accommodate 6 people.
The large open kitchen is fully fitted and is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine. All the necessary cooking items, cutlery, crockery etc are provided. Other items include a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony and provide a natural cooling option in the summer months benefiting from the sea breeze. The en-suite has a shower, w.c and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The full family sized bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, wash hand basin and bidet.
The property also has an alarm and security grills to external doors. All the necessary bedding and towels are provided although guests must supply their own beach towels. Other items provided include a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, 2 electric radiators and a standing fan. The communal pool is only a short distance from the block and there are some traditional sun shades in the pool area. This is a very special property in a great location whatever your needs.
Location
This small development is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Saturday market at Playa Flamenca. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away. The area has much to offer with a vast choice of restaurants with a cosmopolitan cuisine that caters for all tastes. The nearby coastline offers countless white sandy beaches and safe bathing.
For the golfer there are 3 established courses within a 15 minute drive and an even greater choice if you want to venture a little further.
There are many other activities especially for the more energetic visitor with horse riding, water sports, go-karting, tennis and fishing. The canals that link the neighbouring towns provide a great opportunity for cyclists to see the country side at a more sedate pace and bike hire is easily arranged. For the shopaholic the nearby town of Torrevieja has much to offer as do the local markets which are held every day at one town or another.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
