General Information

Luxury 2 bed ground floor apartment situated on beautifully maintained gated complex.  Ground floor sun terrace, air conditioning, fully furnished close to amenities.  Can sleep up to 4 people.

The Accommodation

Lovely ground floor apartment with bright open living area. A comfortable sofa is provided together with a coffee table and Television.  The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and looks out on the terrace through the double sliding doors.  Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in the living area.  

The very stylish kitchen is equipped with an oven & hob, microwave, fridge freeze, toaster and kettle.  The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and everything necessary for a self catering holiday or long stay.  The washing machine is located in an external storage area on the garden terrace.

The garden terrace has tiled area with external table and chairs and is surrounded by neatly maintained conifers and low growing shrubs. The boundary wall also has a built in seating facility. This area also has an external tap.

There are 2 double bedrooms both with fitted mirrored wardrobes and bedding with matching curtains.  The main bedroom has a double bed and 2 bedside units with lamps.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and bedside unit.  Both bedrooms have additional drawer space in the wardrobes.  All the necessary bedding is provided.

The family sized bathroom is beautifully finished and has a bath with overhead shower, double vanity basin, w.c and bidet.  Bath and hand towels are provided. Guests must supply their own towels for use on the beach and around the pool.

The communal pool is set in the middle of the complex amidst the landscaped gardens.

Location

Situated within waking distance to amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and beach. There is an greater choice of beaches only minutes away by car and 3 local golf courses.  The area has much to offer, and other activities in the area include, water sports, go-karting, fishing, cycling, tennis and horse riding.  

Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.

Only 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 25 minutes north of Murcia, making this an excellent holiday and longer stay location.

The Local Area

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.

The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
