General Information
Fully furnished 2 bed, first floor duplex apartment with off road parking and private sun terrace. Situated in nice quiet location but not far from amenities with restaurants, bars, shops and beach within walking distance at Playa Flamenca.
The Accommodation
The apartment is bright and airy and comfortably furnished. The living area has a sofa bed and matching armchair and foot stool. The pine wall unit houses the television which comes with a UK digital system. A Hi Fi system is also provided. A ceiling fan is fitted in this area. The pine dining table has 4 chairs and free standing heaters are provided for the cooler months.
The open kitchen is equipped with and oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, airer, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery are provided.
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table, free standing wardrobe and ceiling fan. All the necessary bedding ,pillows etc are provided.
Downstairs there is a private off road parking space whilst upstairs the apartment has its own private sun terrace. An external table and chairs is provided for both upper and lower terraces. The communal pool is only a short walk away . Very good location for holiday and longer term rentals.
Location
Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of more beaches with La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.Prices

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
