The Accommodation
Large 3 bed quad house. Spacious lounge dining area with 2 settees, coffee table and TV. Digital TV is provided with UK channels. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The fitted kitchen has an oven and hob and fridge freezer. The washing machine is located in a separate utility cupboard upstairs.
There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a double bed with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom also has a large under stair storage cupboard.
Upstairs there are 2 further double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. In one room there is a double bed and the other has bunk beds. The main bedroom has a sun terrace accessed through patio doors.
The full family bathroom upstairs has a bath. There is a hall cupboard which has the plumbed in washing machine.
There is also a large solarium which benefits from day long sunshine.
Downstairs there is a large garden area to the front and side. The ground floor terrace is partially shaded with beams and bougainvillea. The large beautifully maintained communal pool is close by.
Location
Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
