General Information
2 bed ground floor apartment with front garden and rear external utility area. Covered terrace to the front. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Communal pool. Free summer bus service to beach.
The Accommodation
The bright living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, coffee table, wall unit and a dining table with 4 chairs. The Television benefits from a digital UK system which provides all the UK terrestrial channels and a good selection of SKY and radio channels. For the summer months a free standing fan is provided and for the cooler months an oil filled radiator and fan heater is provided.
The open American style kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven. The back door leads to the utility area where there is plenty of room for storage and a store cupboard is provided. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary household and cooking items.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and 2 additional drawer units. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside units, a table lamp and fitted wardrobe. All the necessary bedding is provided.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin.
The outside area provides a small covered area and garden where an external table and chairs are provided.
The property also has security grills and window shutters. The property is located in an area where there is a good mix or residential and holiday homes and there is off road parking close by.
Location
Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.
The Emerald Isle pool, bowls and restaurant is only a minutes walk away.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
