The living area offers a sofa and armchair, rustic coffee table with matching dining table, 4 chairs and wall unit. There is also a UK Digital TV package providing all the UK terrestrial channels and a number of sky channels including sport and movies. A DVD player and portable stereo is also provided. There is also an attractive feature fireplace with white shelving giving this property a typically Spanish feel to it. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. All the necessary cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery are provided. The washing machine is located in the covered utility area leading off of the kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and hot and cold air conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning. The air conditioning is regulated by a 2 euro coin meter. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. All the necessary bedding and towels are provided. The owners have provided a number of additional items and equipment to cater for all needs and for the added enjoyment of their guests. The communal pool only a short walk away is maintained to a high standard and has plenty of space around it for sun bathing on the grass or making use of the permanent seating provided. Other attractions in the surrounding area include go karts, horse riding, quad bikes and water sports. There is even a naturists beach only 10 minutes away. This charming bungalow is located within easy reach of all amenities making it an ideal option for both holiday and longer term stays. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Prices
Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
