General Information

Fully furnished 2 bed corner apartment on the first floor.  Benefits from a large garden and a roof top solarium.  Fully equipped kitchen and spacious open plan living area with lovely feature fireplace.  Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beach.

The Accommodation

Bright and spacious living area with an attractive feature fireplace with built in shelves and cupboard.  Furnishings include a comfortable sofa, coffee table and sideboard. There is also a ceiling fan in the lounge.  UK TV is also provided.

Patio doors lead out from the lounge onto the terrace which overlooks the lovely communal pool. Steps then lead up to the roof solarium where there is a good choice of external furniture including tables and chairs and a BBQ. Light and power to solarium.

The dining table and 4 chairs are located at the other end of the living area.  The open kitchen is fully fitted in white and has all the necessary equipment including fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster and a kettle.  The washing machine is located in a small utility area off of the kitchen.  Other household items provided include iron and ironing board, airer and vacuum cleaner.

The family size bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin in a vanity unit.  The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a drawer unit. Patio doors lead onto a small feature balcony.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans . Bedding and towels are provided.

The large garden has been planted out and  is mainly finished in gravel for easy maintenance.  The apartment is part of a small development built around the lovely communal swimming pool and well maintained grassed area.  Excellent long term rental location.  Smoking permitted outside.

Location

Excellent location with easy access to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.  The apartment is located in an established area which benefits from all the necessary amenities and the popular Saturday market nearby.  For the golfer there is a choice of 3 established courses within a 10 minute drive.  

With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga.

Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south.

The Local Area

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.

The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
