General Information 2 bed ground floor apartment on gated community with audio controlled entry system to the block. This modern apartment is ideally located close to all amenities including Via Park commercial centre which is less than half a kilometre away. At Via Park you will find a large selection of Bars and restaurants to cater fro all tastes. Tennis is also available nearby and on Saturdays there is a popular street market within walking distance. The Accommodation Inside there is a nice living area with a 3 seater sofa bed, armchair, dining table and 4 chairs with a matching wall unit and coffee table. A television and CD player is also provided and UK television is provided. A ceiling fan is also fitted in the living area and a portable electric radiator is available for the cooler months. At the end of the lounge there are sliding doors which lead to a the sun terrace where an external table and 4 chairs are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Other equipment provided includes a toaster, kettle and iron with ironing board. The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, One bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside cabinets and table lamps. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table with lamp. The full size bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, w.c., wash had basin and a bidet. The communal pool is located a short walk away. Parking is available in the road outside the block. Location The large Mercadona Supermarket is 1 kilometre away and the beach at Playa Flamenca is less than 2 kilometres from the apartment. The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor although because of its design and the surrounding land there are a few steps leading up to the front door. There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive and there is a large choice or blue flag beaches only a short drive away. The main town of Torrevieja is 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Situated 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia and so reasonably priced, makes this the perfect location for a stress free travelling and holiday experience.Prices
Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
