General Information

Fully furnished 3 bed apartment in secure complex.  The apartment is a first floor duplex with a sun terrace off of the living area and a solarium accessed from the upper bedroom.  The apartment has an ensuite shower room and full bathroom.  The open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a communal pool only a short walk from the apartment.

The Accommodation

The entrance to this duplex apartment is up one flight of stairs.  Once inside you will find the living area with a comfortable sofa and an additional armchair.  Other furnishings include a wall unit with glass cabinet, coffee table and a dining table and 4 chairs.  A television is also provided together with a portable CD player.  Sliding doors lead onto the covered sun terrace.

The open kitchen is fully fitted and has all the necessary equipment for self catering and longer term rental.  Equipment includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine and microwave oven.  A toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc are also provided.  There are numerous floor and wall cupboards offering plenty of storage space.

There are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor, both with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside lamps and all the necessary bedding.  The bed make up on this floor consists of 1 double bed and 2 singles.   The double bedroom upstairs with fitted wardrobes, additional draw units and a double bed.  The terrace from the upper bedroom leads onto the large solarium and the en suite shower room.

The family sized bathroom is also located on this floor with a bath and overhead shower, wc, and wash hand basin.

Location

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.

Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.

Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.

The Local Area

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.

The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
