General Information
2 bed first floor apartment in secure block with lift access. Situated close to the Playa Flamenca Saturday Market and the local school makes this an ideal base for your holiday or longer stay option. A bar restaurant has recently opened only a few yards from the block offering a real non driving option of an evening. This second floor apartment is situated within a secure block with a controlled entry audio door system and benefits from 2 lifts.
The Accommodation
From the small sun terrace accessed from the living area, you are not overlooked and have a view of mountains in the distance. A table and 4 chairs are provided for use on the sun terrace. Inside the apartment has generous open kitchen with all the necessary equipment including oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and a microwave. The lounge dining area has table and 4 chairs with a matching wall unit and television unit. A digital TV system provides all the UK channels and many satellite channels. A 3 seater sofa bed and coffee table complete the furnishings. Air conditioning providing both hot and cold air is fitted in the living area and 2 additional freestanding heaters are also provided for the cooler months.
The bedrooms have a double bed with side tables. 2 singles beds with side table and both have fitted wardrobes.
The family sized bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin in a vanity unit,
There is a communal pool and lovely communal grounds which are beautifully maintained and have some seating and tables in the shade of the mature trees.
Secure car parking is also provided within the grounds. Can sleep up to 6 using sofa bed.
Location
Close to all amenities including restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and banks. There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive and there is a large choice or blue flag beaches only a short drive away. The main town of Torrevieja is 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
Situated 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia and so reasonably priced, makes this the perfect location for a stress free travelling and holiday experience.Prices

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
