General Information
New 2 bed ground floor apartment with front garden and underground parking. The openings are wider than normal to accommodate a wheelchair user. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and utility area. Communal pool and gardens. Ornamental lake and tennis courts also in progress.
The Accommodation
This spacious 2 bed property is newly built and and has been furnished to a very high standard. The large living area comes with a 3 seater sofa bed and armchair, coffee table, occasional table and wall unit. The wall unit houses the television and DVD player. ( A UK system is not yet available but will be installed in the future). A hot and cold air conditioning unit is provided in the lounge. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the covered terrace and large private garden. A dining table and 4 chairs are located to the rear of the living area.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a microwave oven. A utility area accessed from the kitchen houses the washing machine and boiler and provides a useful storage area. The kitchen comes equipped with al the necessary household and cooking items. An attractive arched serving area with overhead gallery shelf provides a useful and decorative.
The main bedroom has an en-suite and access through patio doors to the terrace and garden. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside unit sand table lamps, fitted wardrobes has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and an attractive bedroom chair. The en-suite has a shower, w.c , wash hand basin and bidet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside unit with lamp and fitted wardrobes.

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
