General Information

2 bedroom ground floor duplex apartment with front and rear garden areas.  This property is located on a very nice established development at Playa Flamenca.  Close to shops, bars and restaurants and the very popular Saturday Market.  Walk to the beach in 20 minutes.

The Accommodation

The property is deceptively large with a very generous living area where comfort is a key factor, The leather corner suite is particularly inviting and an additional sofa that converts to a bed is a nice option if extra sleeping arrangements are necessary.  A television with in built Video is provided in addition to the Sat System which offers UK TV.  A portable stereo is also provided.  The dining area has a very attractive wall unit with matching dining table and chairs.  A standing fan is also available.

Through the arched door way into the open kitchen where you will find a nicely fitted kitchen with lots of storage capacity together with an oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer.  There is also a utility area leading from the kitchen where more storage a space is provide together with a washing machine.  All the necessary cooking items, crockery and cutlery are provided.

The main bedroom has a double bed, side tables and a chest of draws with a wall mirror. The bedroom also has fitted wardrobes.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of draws and fitted wardrobes.  There is a rear door that leads from this bedroom directly onto the rear terrace and garden.  All bedding and towels are provided.

The garden is well stocked and is a mixture of decorative shingle, shrubs and trees including bougainvillea and palms.  An external table and provided and the plant growth has been trained to provide a shady spot in the hotter months.  The front entrance to the property has a front boundary wall and gate and has been tiled.  There is also a covered area by the front door.

A short walk from the property will find the lovely and very large communal swimming pool.  Entrance to the pool area is controlled for residents use only and the grassed area around the pool is well maintained.  

This is a very nice property in a great location with a lot to offer both for holidays and longer term rental.  A small dog or cat would be permitted in this property.   Smokers would also be permitted provided that they do not smoke in bedrooms.  A very popular area with a good mix of full time residents and holiday makers.

Location

There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive and there is a large choice or blue flag beaches only a short drive away.  The main town of Torrevieja is 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

Situated 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia and so reasonably priced, makes this the perfect location for a stress free travelling and holiday experience.

The Local Area

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.

The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
