Playa Flamenca Holiday Rental - Reference: PH72
General Information
2 bed 1 bathroom first floor apartment. (Sleeps up to 4) The apartment is located on a gated complex with parking on its own drive way. At the top of the stairs you will find the sun terrace where a table, 4 chairs and a sun umbrella are available. A gas barbecue is also provided and will no doubt be a popular feature for use on the sun terrace in the summer evenings. Inside the apartment is bright and spacious with a comfortable and inviting feel to it.
The Accommodation
The living area has 2 sofas providing comfortable seating for 4 people together with a coffee table and matching wall unit. A television with digital UK channels, DVD and stereo are provided. In the dining area there is a table and 4 chairs.
The open kitchen has is fully equipped with oven & hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and a washing machine. All the necessary cooking utensil, crockery and cutlery are provided.
Through the arch into the hall way you will find the bathroom with bath, shower attachment, w.c and wash hand basin and vanity mirror. All the necessary bath and hand towels are also provided.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables with lamps and a ceiling fan. Coat hangers are provided. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table and lamp and a hanging rail with coat hangers. A standing fan and a gas heater are also provided.
Within the gated community there is a lovely communal swimming pool that has been screened for the privacy of those using it and entry is through a locked gate. A well maintained grassed area surrounds the pool.
Location
There are shops including a supermarket and bars nearby at La Florida and the main commercial centre at Playa Flamenca beach is only 5 minutes away by car. The Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is also only 5 minutes by car. The choice of beaches along this stretch of the coast is endless, many of which are blue flag rated and in the summer months have lifeguards and red cross stations. The closest beach at Playa Flamenca is 10 minutes by car.
This apartment is ideal for those who want the benefits of facilities and amenities close by but far enough away not to disturb a peaceful relaxing break.
Only 45 minutes from Alicante and 20 minutes from Murcia airport makes this a very accessible holiday option. Towels, bedding and a welcome pack will also be provided on arrival at no extra cost.
Pets are not permitted in this property and smoking is only allowed outside.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
