General Information
This ex show home 2 bed bungalow has a large garden, off road parking and roof solarium. Outside there is a covered terrace and garden area providing ample room for making the most of the sun. For the dedicated sun worshiper there is the added benefit of a private solarium. The off road parking will easily accommodate any vehicle.
The Accommodation
The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chair and a reclining arm chair. A television with a video and a portable stereo is also provided.
The open kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer, a kettle, toaster, clothes airer, iron and ironing board are provided together with all the necessary cooking items, crockery and cutlery. There are plenty of storage cupboards and an added larder cupboard for extra storage. A utility area also provides additional storage and has running water with a sink and this is where the washing machine is located.
The full family sized bathroom has a bath with shower and screen fitted, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.
The main bedroom has a double bed with 2 side tables and lamps, a mirror and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a side table with a lamp and fitted wardrobes.
There is an external table and 4 chairs plus additional chairs and sun loungers.
The lovely communal pool with its well kept grassed relaxing area is only 100 yards away and is locked to ensure residents and guests use only. There is also a public telephone by the entrance to the pool area.
Additional items include 3 standing fans and a portable heater for the cooler months.
Location
Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
