General Information 3 bed 2 bathroom corner quad house. 1 Ground floor bedroom. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Bedroom terrace, solarium. Conservatories on ground floor and solarium. 2 communal pools. Located close to amenities including shops, Saturday market and school. The Accommodation The house has good size living area and is very comfortably furnished. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and 2 matching armchairs. Other furnishings includes a wall unit and TV stand, occasional table and lamps. A UK TV system will soon be installed. The dining table has chairs so plenty of ceiling if the house is fully occupied. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living area and under floor heating is provided for the cooler months. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob. extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and juicer.The washing machine is located upstairs in the airing cupboard. Other household items include an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and 2 clothes airer's. The ground floor bathroom has a shower w.c wash hand basin and a large under stair cupboard. There is an additional storage cupboard in the hallway. The ground floor bedroom accessed from the living area has double bed with bedside tables and lamps, free standing wardrobe and ceiling fan. Upstairs the second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp, free standing wardrobe ceiling fan. The main bedroom on the first floor has a double bed with matching bedside tables, and 4 drawer unit. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, additional armchair and sliding doors leading to the first floor sun terrace. The main upper bathroom has a bath with over head shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. The large airing cupboard on the landing houses the boiler and washing machine. The roof solarium has a conservatory which offers more storage space and an additional room. There is an an external table and chairs provided together with sun loungers for use on the remaining terrace area. The ground floor conservatory is furnished with 3 and 2 seater settees and an arm chair and coffee table. The conservatory has sun blinds for shade and a retractable sun canopy. Outside there are areas to the front and side of the house and additional external chairs and a table. This is a very nice property ideally placed and equipped for holiday and longer term stays. Location Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Prices
Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
