General Information
This 1 bed ground floor apartment is equipped for immediate holiday use and longer term stays. Fully furnished and able to sleep 4 with use of a sofa bed. Secure gated complex, communal swimming pool, UK television channels, ceiling fans, covered terrace and fully equipped kitchen. The development is centrally located within walking distance of all amenities, including, supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants and even the beach is only 15 minutes walk away.
The Accommodation
The living area offers a great deal of space and is furnished with a sofa bed settee, armchair, coffee table, TV cabinet and a dining table with 4 chairs. The TV provides a selection of UK channels. At the end of the lounge there are sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony where an external table and chairs are provided. 2 ceiling fans are fitted in the living area.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and kettle. All the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc are provided. Other items provided include a kettle, clothes drier and vacuum cleaner. A utility off of the kitchen houses the boiler and washing machine.
The bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. All the necessary bedding is provided.The full family sized bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin in a vanity unit with mirror. Bath and hand towels are provided. Guests must provide their own towels for use around the pool and beach.
There are terraces to the front and back of the property. The communal pool is only a short walk from the apartment. This property is ideally situated for holiday, short breaks and even longer term use.

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
