General Information
New 1 bed first floor apartment, fully furnished. Secure entry to the block with marble entrance and lift access. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and utility area. Large sun terrace. Communal pool and gardens. Ornamental lake and tennis courts also in progress.
The Accommodation
This spacious 1 bed property is newly built and and has been furnished to a very high standard. The large living area comes with a 3 seater sofa bed and armchair, coffee table and corner table with an attractive table lamp, dining table with 4 chairs and another matching wall unit. A wall unit houses the television. (A UK system is not yet available but will be installed in the future). Remote controlled ceiling fan also fitted in living area. Sliding doors lead from the lounge on to the sun terrace where an external table and 4 chairs have been provided together with a parasol.
The fitted kitchen is accessed through an arched opening and a separate serving hatch provides additional shelf space together with an attractive upper gallery shelf. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, drier, iron and ironing board. The washing machine is located in the utility area off of the kitchen where there is another sink and the boiler. All necessary cooking equipment and household items are provided.
The bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes with additional drawers and a bedroom chair. A remote controlled ceiling fan is also fitted in the bedroom. Patio doors also lead from the bedroom onto the sun terrace.
The very large bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin in a vanity unit with a mirror. All the necessary bedding and towels are supplied.
Location
Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.Prices

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
