General Information
TEODORO 9 is a delightful 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom, if compact, first floor Apartment in the south section of Villacana beachside resort, only a couple of minutes from the beach and pool. The property is similar to an American Hotel suite with two single beds in an air-conditioned bedroom with two wicker arm-chairs and it's own SKY television. There is a separate bathroom with bath/ shower and washing machine. The diner/ sitting room has a 2 seat settee and another SKY television with DVD player. The bedroom and diner have doors leading onto a good sized south-east facing balcony terrace area which gets the sun from early morning to mid afternoon. This apartment can sleep 2 people in total. Terrace = 10 m², Total Built = 30 m²,
