Villas2spain act as advertising agents for the owners/management companies of the properties we feature on our website. We act on behalf of owners, property agents, property management companies and travel agencies in order to provide you with the most suitable holiday accommodation you require. When making you holiday arrangements we do so as agents for these third parties with whom you will have a contract. Our aim is to locate the most suitable property for you, from a large range of suppliers at the best possible prices.
Once your booking is confirmed, your contract or rental agreement will be direct with owner/agent of the properties and your booking will abide by their requirements/procedures/terms and conditions. A binding contract comes into existence when the deposit payment is paid.
Any claim for damages, injury, illness and death arising out of your stay in the accommodation must be brought against the proprietor/agent of the accommodation concerned and not against Villas2spain.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to ensure all party members are appropriately insured and to arrange additional cover where necessary. Please read your Travel Insurance Policy and take it with you.
