General Information
This beautiful large glorious house is set in a fabulous position, just on the outskirts of Nerja. Light and airy very spacious for a big family or groups sharing.
The Accommodation
Enter across the huge open terrace around the pool with covered pergola. The house has marble floors throughout and every room is spacious and full of light. There is an 'L'-shaped lounge with open fireplace and dining room with terrace all around. Spacious well-equipped kitchen cloakroom with washing machine, 2 double bedrooms, both ensuite. Up the marble stairs to third bedroom with its magnificent roof terraces with views all over Nerja to the sea and surrounding mountains.
Below is a completely self contained apartment, with separate access. Two bedrooms, kitchen/dinning room and walk in shower/bathroom. All newly built and modern style with three large French windows overlooking the valley below and across to the mountains.
Outdoors
The property has a fantastic pool (8m x 4m) and sunbathing areas within the grounds. There is ample parking within the 1 acre of grounds. The villa is delightfully private without being isolated. You can walk to the town through the countryside and easy access being 1 kilometre from motorway to Málaga.
The Local Area
This quaint town still retains its charm without being blighted by the tourist boom of concrete high-rise jungles. The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador and the stunning Gardens of Capistrano Playa. Don't miss out on Nerja's fascinating caves, with paintings over 20,000 years old. One of the gargantuan natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer months. With all this, and 16 kilometres of powdery- white beaches, Nerja is a must for first-timers.
