General Information

Fully furnished 2 bed, ground floor apartment with front and rear gardens.  The front garden and terrace overlooks one of the lovely communal pools and well maintained grassed area.  Fully equipped kitchen, UK Digital TV and air conditioning.  Communal pool to front and rear of property.

The Accommodation

The living area is nicely furnished with lots of comfortable seating options with a sofa and 2 armchairs.  The matching white wood wall unit, dining table and coffee table helps to  make this feel more like a home than a holiday rental.  The TV unit with television and video offers UK TV including many Sky channels.  The hot and cold air conditioning unit provides for a comfortable environment throughout the year.

The American style kitchen has two decorative arches providing serving access and entry into the kitchen area.  The fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and all the necessary household and cooking items including a kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.  The washing machine is situated in the utility area at the end of the kitchen.  

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a tall chest of drawers.  A rear door leads from the bedroom out into the rear garden.  The rear communal pool can be accessed via a gate in the rear garden wall.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a free standing wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Location

This property is located on the Lomas del Golf development close to Villa Martin with its plaza and the golf course.  A ten minute drive will take you to the beach at La Zenia, just one of the white sandy beaches situated along this part of the coast.

For the golfer there are 2 other courses only 10 minutes away by car.  The nearby canals offer a great natural cycle path stretching for miles in either direction and with horse riding and even a bowls club within easy walking distance, this location has a lot to offer both holiday maker and long term resident.

The Local Area

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.

Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer.  By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.

The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
