General Information 2 bed 2 bath ground floor duplex. Secure complex. Fully furnished. Fitted kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher. Large terrace, communal pool, walk to amenities including supermarket, restaurant, bars, and bank. Choice of 3 golf course only 5 minutes away by car. Beach 10 minutes drive. Recently opened roads provides quick access to many surrounding areas. The Accommodation This bright spacious property has been finished to a very high standard. The living area offers a sofa bed and arm chair rocker, coffee table and TV stand. There is a digital UK TV system which provides the English terrestrial channels and a number of SKY channels. Double doors lead out onto the sun terrace where an external table and chairs are provided. There is also a very large secure storage cupboard at the end of the terrace. The dining area had a table with 4 chairs and wall unit. Easily accessed from the kitchen where the modern fitted units provide ample storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher, kettle toaster and juicer. All the necessary cooking equipment, crockery cutlery etc are provided. An additional external cupboard houses the washing machine and boiler. Other household items such as an iron and ironing board are also provided. The main bedroom has a double bed and 2 sets of fitted wardrobes with additional drawer space. Bed side unit and a table fan are also provided. The ensuite bathroom has a w.c,, wash hand basin and multi jet shower . The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside unit. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobe and additional drawer space inside. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c. All the necessary bedding and towels are provide although guests must provide their own beach towels. This lovely apartment is situated within a secure complex with access by key or code and an electronic gate system for vehicles to park in the generous parking area. There are 2 communal pools within the complex and the newly planted communal garden areas are already becoming established. Location The location is another plus with the Villamartin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars. Villamartin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away. For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers . Prices
Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) Cleaning charge of €50 euros payable on arrival The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
