General Information
2 bed quad house with downstairs cloakroom and full family bathroom upstairs. The house has a covered ground floor terrace with out door table and chairs. The main bedroom has a small sun terrace with 2 chairs and there is large solarium on the roof.
The Accommodation
Inside the house there is a good sized living area with an American kitchen with built in breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven & hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave oven. All the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. Additional equipment includes a toaster, kettle, iron and board.
In the dining area there is a table and 4 chairs and there are also 2 bar stools for use with the breakfast bar. The lounge is nicely furnished with a 3 seater sofa bed, side board, coffee table and shelving unit. There is a television with SAT channels, DVD player and small portable stereo provided. The ground floor cloakroom has a w.c and wash hand basin. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided in the living area.
Upstairs the second bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has hot and cold air condition, fitted wardrobes a double bed and a further single bed. Ideal for families with a young child or groups who need separate beds. Sliding doors lead to the sun terrace. The full sized bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.
The roof solarium is very spacious and is an ideal spot for sun bathing, drying washing etc. There is also a large built in storage cupboard. There is off road parking provided in the garden area. The large communal pool is a short walk away. Other items provided include a set of golf clubs, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and sun parasol. The property is also fitted with a security alarm and smoke alarm.
Location
Situated close to Villamartin Golf Course and only a few minutes drive away from 2 other courses makes this an ideal spot for golfers. If golf isn't high on your agenda then there are plenty more options with an endless coast line of white sandy beaches. The local riding stables offers horse riding for 20 euros an hour and the local bowls club welcomes non members on a Friday.
If you prefer something more energetic then take advantage of the bike hire service and the miles and miles of easy cycling along the canals that link many of the local towns in both directions.
Go-karting and the water park in Torrevieja provide further choices.
In the evening you can treat yourself to a fine meal at any one of the many restaurants in the Plaza at Vila Martin or again only 10 minutes in either direction and you will be spoilt for choice.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
