General Information
This terraced town house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on a small secure complex with a communal pool. This is a very nice house and is located central to all amenities although a car would be recommended.
The Accommodation
Downstairs there is a very large living area which benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. It is furnished with 2 comfortable leather sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge has a TV with UK channels a DVD and a stereo.
The American kitchen is fitted with an oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle together with all the necessary kitchen utensils and place settings. There is also an internal utility drying area with a sink and a cupboard where the washing machine is located.
There is a ground floor shower room with w.c and wash hand basin.
Upstairs the 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning. The main bedroom has a double bed and futon providing an extra bed. Sliding doors lead out onto the sun terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds .
The full family sized bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c and wash hand basin with vanity unit. The property is also alarmed and has security grills throughout and is situated on a secure complex.
The communal pool is situated a short distance from the property.
Location
This property is located in El Presidente just outside Villa Martin. Situated in a more residential area it is only a few minutes by car away from the popular Villa Martin Plaza and the golf course. A few minutes in the other direction and there is choice or another 2 golf courses.
If golf isn't high on your agenda then there are plenty more options with an endless coast line of white sandy beaches. The local riding stables offers horse riding for 20 euros an hour and the local bowls club welcomes non members on a Friday.
If you prefer something more energetic then take advantage of the bike hire service and the miles and miles of easy cycling along the canals that link many of the local towns in both directions,
Go-karting and the water park in Torrevieja provide further choices.
In the evening you can treat yourself to a fine meal at any one of the many restaurants in the Plaza at Vila Martin or again only 10 minutes in either direction and you will be spoilt for choice.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
