General Information
This 2 bed, 2nd floor apartment at the Pinada Golf development is a new property with its own private solarium and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The Accommodation
It has a generous living area with a 3 seater bed settee, wall unit, coffee table and a dining table and 4 chairs. A television is also provided. The living area also has 2 ceiling fans. Patio doors lead to a large sun terrace where 4 chairs and a table are provided.
The fully fitted kitchen has an oven & hob, fridge freezer and washing machine which is located in the utility area to the rear where an additional sink is also provided.
The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower, w.c., wash hand basin and bidet.
Both the double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. A double bed and 2 singles are provided.
The communal pool for residents only is located at the end of the road.
The large private solarium offers all day unobstructed sun and nice views of the surrounding area.
Location
The location of the apartment caters for all tastes with a choice of 3 excellent golf courses within a 5 minute drive and beaches only 10 to 15 minutes away by car. There is a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants in the area making this the ideal spot for both holiday and longer stay accommodation.
The near by town of Torrevieja also provides a vibrant shopping area, with the added advantage of a beautiful promenade never far away providing the perfect spot for a stroll by the sea, with the option to stop at one of the numerous restaurants offering a wide range of international cuisine.
On any day of the week you are only a short drive away from the many markets which offer an ideal opportunity to try out your holiday Spanish and pick up a few bargains as you go.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
