General Information

2 bed 2 bathroom ground floor duplex with large garden and communal pool close by.  This bright and spacious property comes fully furnished and equipped and also has the added benefit of plenty of outside space.  The covered terrace with its external table and 4 chairs provides a lovely spot to watch the sun going down at the end of the day with a cool drink in hand.  The property also benefits from a large garden with a lawn, ideal for sun bathing and a safe environment for children to play in.  The lovely communal pool is only a short walk away.

The Accommodation

The spacious living area has a double sofa bed, coffee table and  an attractive feature fireplace.  A television with a digital UK system is provided together with CD player.  The dining area with easy access to the kitchen has a dining table and 4 chairs and matching wall unit.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, extractor, fridge freezer and washing machine.  Other equipment includes a kettle and toaster and all the necessary cooking necessities, cutlery crockery etc.  A utility area also provides valuable storage space for other household items. 

The main bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite shower room also has a wash hand basin and w.c.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes.  All the necessary bedding is supplied.

The full size family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c , bidet and wash hand basin with vanity unit and mirror.  Bath and hand towels are provided.

The property also has 2 oil filled radiators for the cooler months.

Location

The location is another plus with the Villamartin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars.

Villamartin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away.

For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. 

This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers .

The Local Area

Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.

Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer.  By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.

The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
