General Information
Large 3 bed 2 bathroom quad villa, furnished and equipped. Air conditioning, UK TV, off road parking. Ground floor terrace and large rood solarium. Shops, restaurants and golf courses close by. Short drive to choice of beaches.
The Accommodation
This large house offers lots of room in the living area and plenty of comfort with 2 lovely sofas. There is also a matching coffer table and side board where the TV is located. The Television provides a UK Digital system with all the English Terrestrial channels and a good selection of Sky channels including sport, movies, SKY One etc. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided in the living area.
The large open kitchen has plenty of storage space and comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, washing machine and microwave oven. All the necessary cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster and kettle are provided to accommodate all self catering needs. There are also 4 bar stools for use with the breakfast bar.
The full size family bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin with mirror.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and bedside tables. The 3rd bedroom is located on the first floor where there is a double bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 bed side tables and a ceiling fan. The shower on the first floor has a shower, w.c and wash hand basin with a mirror. All the necessary bedding and bath towels are provided.
A door from the landing provides access to the large roof top solarium where there is a BBQ. Sun loungers and an external table with 6 chairs and a sun umbrella are also provided on the solarium. Back on the ground floor another external table and 4 chairs are provided for use on the terrace. There is a garden to the front and side of the house where the lemon tree can provide a handy ingredient for those long cool summer drinks. The lovely communal pool is only a 100 yards away.
Location
Situated close to Villamartin Golf Course and only a few minutes drive away from 2 other courses makes this an ideal spot for golfers. If golf isn't high on your agenda then there are plenty more options with an endless coast line of white sandy beaches. The local riding stables offers horse riding for 20 euros an hour and the local bowls club welcomes non members on a Friday.
If you prefer something more energetic then take advantage of the bike hire service and the miles and miles of easy cycling along the canals that link many of the local towns in both directions.
Go-karting and the water park in Torrevieja provide further choices.
In the evening you can treat yourself to a fine meal at any one of the many restaurants in the Plaza at Vila Martin or again only 10 minutes in either direction and you will be spoilt for choice.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
