General Information
2 bed bungalow set in beautifully maintained communal gardens. With front and rear gardens and a large solarium, this property offers lots of outdoor space to make the most of the long summer days. Use of 2 communal pools and only a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, doctor and bank and one of the 3 local golf clubs. Fully furnished and equipped. Can sleep up to 4 people.
The Accommodation
The living area offers comfortable furnishings with a sofa and additional cane chairs. with matching coffee table and TV and wall unit. The dining table accommodates 4 and the feature fireplace provides a nice homely feel to the room. A television is provided for use with the combined video and DVD player. Hot and cold air conditioning is also fitted in the living area.
The fitted kitchen is finished to a high standard and is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Other useful equipment includes a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets, table lamps and a chair. French doors lead from the bedroom into the rear garden. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and bedside tables with lamps. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. All the necessary bedding, pillows etc are provided.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin in a vanity unit. Bath and hand towels supplied.
The large roof top solarium provides offers both full sun and a shaded area and with distant sea views will make this a popular place for the holiday maker. The terrace to the front has a retractable sun canopy just in case you want to have a break from the sun. An external table and chairs and sun loungers are also available for use at the property. A generous car parking area is located close by.
Location
The location is another plus with the Villamartin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars.
Villamartin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away.
For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car.
This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers .

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
