General Information
2 bed 1 bathroom first floor apartment. This apartment is located close to 3 golf courses and only 15 minutes drive away from a choice of blue flag beaches.
The Accommodation
The living area is bright and spacious with matching furniture which includes a sofa bed settee, dining table and 4 chairs and a wall unit where the television is housed, Sat TV and a CD player are also provided.
The modern fitted kitchen has a oven & hob, fridge freezer and a washing machine. All cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, kettle, toaster etc are provided.
The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the main bedroom has hot and cold air conditioning. The bed make up consists of a double bed and 2 singles. Bedside tables are provide in both rooms.
The full bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment. Bath and hand towels are provided.
Through the rear door from the kitchen there is a small terrace with a spiral staircase that leads to a large private solarium. An external table and 4 chairs are provided together with 3 sun loungers. The solarium provides an ideal spot to make the most of the all day sunshine.
The large communal pool with separate children's area is close by. Parking is available in the road outside the apartment.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
