General Information 2 bed 1 bathroom first floor apartment in Las Filipinas (near St. James Hill). This property is located not far from Campoamor golf course on a nice complex which is maintained to a high standard. Access to the block is by audio controlled using a handset inside the property. There are 2 lifts serving the block. The communal stairways and corridors are clean and bright with a number of personal touches by residents which make this block stand out. Electronic gates control vehicular access to the complex and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The Accommodation Inside the apartment is spacious and offers a good sized kitchen and living area. The open plan kitchen has a good number of units and storage cupboards and has all the necessary equipment including oven and hob, fridge. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and sliding doors open onto a sun terrace with a nice view of the pool and the nearby golf course in the distance. There is an external table and 4 chairs on the terrace. The property also has a dining table and 4 chairs. Sat TV is installed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is a double bed and 2 singles with bedside tables. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom. The lovely communal pool is located at the rear of the block. Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
