General Information
2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment on the 1st floor. Located close to Villa Martin Golf Club and the main plaza where there are many restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes. There are 2 other golf courses only 5 minutes drive away and for beach lovers there are countless options only a short drive away.
The Accommodation
The apartment is bright and airey and nicely furnished with a spacious living area. The lounge has a double sofa bed, coffee table, wall unit with TV and a dining table and 4 chairs. A digital television service is installed providing all the UK terrestrial channels plus many of the sky channels including movies and sport. Double sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large terrace where there is a table and 4 chairs ideal for summer meals.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster and kettle , all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. The washing machine is located in the utility area leading from the rear of the kitchen. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.
The full family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, side table and fitted wardrobes. All bedding is supplied. Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning which are metered and free standing fans are also supplied.
The property also comes with 4 beach chairs, a cool box and parasols.There is nice communal pool a short walk from the apartment for residents use only.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
