General Information
2 bed 1 bathroom apartment situated on small secure complex. Entry via a secure gate with intercom door entry system. Lovely communal pool and underground parking. Within walking distance of supermarket. local shops, bars and restaurant. Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and even more beaches. The closest beach is Campaomor and is always worth a visit.
The Accommodation
This new apartment is bright and airey and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning throughout. The living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. The sofa in the lounge also forms into a bed. The colour television comes with a digital satellite system providing all the usual UK favourites and a very good choice of Sky channels.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and has a serving hatch into the dining area. Equipment includes an oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, airer, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery, crockery etc are provided.
The bedrooms both have 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamps and fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. All the necessary bedding, bath and hand towels are provided. A useful store cupboard is located just inside the front door where the boiler is fitted.
Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto an exceptionally large rear terrace which provides a great private area to relax and is a very safe and secure environment for children. An external table and chairs are also provided.
Location
The location is another plus with the Villamartin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars.
Villamartin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away.
For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car.
This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers .

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
