General Information
1 bed first floor apartment on beautifully maintained complex with sea view. Quiet location with selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Choice of communal pools. Short drive to choice of 3 golf courses and beach. (Sleeps up to 4). This charming apartment has a real Spanish feel about it with dark wood windows with traditional built in shutters.
The Accommodation
The living area is bright and practical with a sofa bed to allow for extra guests. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and matching pine dresser.
The kitchen area has a fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and 2 ring hob. All the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, with bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and a 4 draw chest with mirror. There are also 2 additional chairs in the bedroom. All the necessary bedding for the double bed and sofa are provided.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and w.c.
There is also an external table and 4 chairs for use on the small sun terrace off of the living area. Outside there is lots of car parking space and well maintained green area. There are also a number of communal pools available for use by residents within the complex.
Location
There is a restaurant/bar on the complex itself and there are other bars within walking distance.
The Plaza at Villa Martin is only 5minutes away by car and here you will find a chemist, bank, supermarket and a big choice of bars and restaurants.
In addition to the golf course at Villa Martin there are 2 others only 10 minutes away. Horse riding is available a few minutes walk from the complex and there is even a bowling green which is open to the public at certain times of the week.
There is an endless number of Blue Flag rated white sandy beaches stretching along the nearby coast line. The nearest beach at La Zenia is 10 minutes away by car. During the summer periods the beaches are manned with life guards and red cross attendants.Prices

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
