General Information Fully furnished 2 bed, bungalow with garden and roof top solarium. This charming traditional Spanish villa offers a comfortable environment for the visitor who wants to sit back and unwind. The established garden to the front of the villa with its glorious bougainvillea trailing across the arched entrance is the perfect backdrop to a sunny evening spent on the terrace. A short walk and you will be able to use the public swimming pool where for a small entrance fee you can happily spend the day and take advantage the of the bar and toilet facilities. Sun beds and umbrellas can be hired and for the more energetic there are tennis courts. Walking distance to some bars and restaurants. The Accommodation The front garden offers plenty of space to make the most of the great Spanish weather. A purpose built BBQ is provided together with an external table and 6 chairs. Through the external double doors and you find the living area which is both spacious and comfortable with a 3 seater settee and 2 armchairs set around the coffee table. A ceiling fan is fitted in the living area. A dining table and 6 chairs are provided near to the kitchen area which is equipped with a hob which is half electric and half gas, a microwave oven and fridge. All the necessary cooking equipment is provided together with crockery, cutlery etc. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, airer, iron and ironing board. The washing machine is located in an external cupboard in the rear garden. The main bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside table and lamp. An additional 3 drawer unit is also provided and there are fitted wardrobes. A door leads from the bedroom out to the rear garden area where you will find the external cupboard for the washing machine and the stairs that lead up to the rooftop solarium. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, a bedside unit and lamp. An additional 6 drawer unit is provided and there is also a fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and bath and hand towels are provided. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and a w.c. The solarium offers all day sun shine and distant views of the sea. A very comfortable property situated in a nice location close enough to facilities but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful stay. Location The location is another plus with the Villamartin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars. Villamartin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away. For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers . Prices
Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
